Improved immunity
Wonderful miracle! My husband was recommended Omega 3, specifically Solgar, by an immunologist-allergist as part of a comprehensive treatment. He had a compromised immune system, leading to frequent colds and recurrent herpes outbreaks. After taking the first jar of 50 capsules, followed by a larger 100-capsule order, the results were impressive. In a month and a half, he has not coughed at all, and no herpes has appeared. Moreover, his sleep has improved considerably; he wakes up refreshed and energetic, overcoming previous sleep difficulties due to his night shift work schedule. While other medications may account for the absence of colds, the improvement in sleep can undoubtedly be attributed to omega. More feedback will follow!

Stopped coughing
Cool and useful vitamins! I'm currently taking these omega-3 capsules, which I bought locally in a 180-capsule bottle as I needed them urgently while also consuming Ayherb collagen with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. This omega-3 has effectively prevented me from falling ill; I usually catch colds annually, coupled with a persistent and severe cough. However, this spring, I remained healthy, rejoicing in the absence of that dreadful cough. Additionally, I have noticed significantly less hair loss. I plan to continue taking omega-3, feeling thankful for its benefits!
